TIME AWAY FLATS

Reservations

To validate a reservation, our guests must submit proof of payment and the following information:

Full name

Date of birth

ID number or passport number

CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID)

Address/Suburb/City/Zip Code

Phone number

Email

Check-in time/Flight number (if flying)

Check-out time

Names of other guests (if applicable);


Payment Methods, Reservations, Rentals, and Security Deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a reservation confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remaining amount will be charged at check-in before entry to the property.

Payment for the remaining 50% of the reservation can be made by bank transfer/deposit, bank slip, PayPal, credit card, or cash at our office.

Payment for the remaining amount of the rent, cleaning fee, and security deposit must be made upon signing the contract and receiving the keys.

The security deposit will be required at check-in in cash, with the amount predetermined per property at the time of booking.

In order to process your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the TIME AWAY FLATS reservations department sends you a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our management's control, the rented property is no longer available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.


Check-in

Check-in Time: 3:00 p.m. to11:00 p.m.

Guests are required to inform the concierge of their arrival and to use the Smart Lock code provided by TIME AWAY FLATS to enter the apartment. If guests wish an earlier arrival time than 3:00 p.m., they must contact TIME AWAY FLATS in advance to see if arrangements can be made.


Check-out

Check-out Time is 12:00 p.m. Please inform the concierge of your departure.


Cancellation and Reservation Changes

In the event of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. The rent or deposit will not be refunded if the guest decides to leave the apartment early. Changes to the reservation date will only be permitted upon written confirmation from TIME AWAY FLATS

TIME AWAY FLATS reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of any amounts paid by the guest, if any of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum set on our website, disturbance of the peace and/or violation of condominium rules, party planning, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has internet or cable TV, TIME AWAY FLATS assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.


Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rent, as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The guest, all apartment occupants, and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with these rules will be immediately paid by the guest. These fines may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.


Visitors (ask Ozzie)

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before booking any reservations where visitors are expected so we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; please check your rental agreement. If electricity is charged, guests must pay the bills for the duration of their stay upon check-out or, if the rental period is longer than 30 days, monthly thereafter.
